A three year employee at Ageira, the subject's final assignment was to the Optronics Research Team for the Havoc MKII Bomber. After hacking into the security algorithms installed into the Havoc's computer systems, the subject threatened to publicly release the bomber's sensitive security coding to the public domain unless Ageira secured the release of several of the subject's friends who had been convicted of corporate espionage while employed at Ageira.
The subject barely eluded the security team that was dispatched to apprehend him. Intelligence sources indicate that the subject secured passage to Buffalo Base in the New York system and received admittance to the Liberty Rogues' base after hacking into the Rogues' personnel files and changing his dossier.
The subject obtained a Dagger light fighter and traveled to Freeport 4 in Magellan, where he made contact with operatives for The Lane Hackers. Intelligence Branch suspects that the subject traded his knowledge of current Ageira security and programming protocols to obtain admittance into the ranks of The Lane Hackers. The subject's only known relatives are his parents, who reside somewhere on Planet New Berlin, and are outside the easy reach of the Intelligence Branch.
The subject was not a skilled pilot prior to his espionage, however records indicate that he received numerous sessions in the Havoc Bomber flight simulator that were inconsistent with his role in the Optronics Research Team. When interviewed, simulator maintenance crews indicated that the subject always carried a flight sickness bag into the simulator and disposed of it afterwards. This indicates that the subject may be a very unstable pilot, and not a serious threat in combat. However, records of his sessions show that he demonstrated superior handling of his ships and rated very highly in combat fire avoidance.

All security agents are instructed to capture at all costs the subject after eliminating all its electronic warfare systems in order to avoid a hostile takeover. If captured the target is to be secured in the nearest facility where it will await transfer to the headquarters for further processing. No preliminary interrogation of the subject is allowed.
